Stretch Therapy is a safe and efficient method for improving flexibility, reducing pain, and gaining grace and ease in the body. Based on work by Kit Laughlin, the technique is practiced by thousands of people worldwide, and is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.
Join us on Sundays for our group Stretch Class, the goal being to improve flexibility, strength and posture, and relax the body. The work is comprised of long held stretches, focus on breath, and isometric strengthening actions to allow for deeper range in the poses. Lesson plans are focused on the muscles that generally tend to carry the most tension, and we take requests when we get them! Our clients are seeing and feeling results! We promise you will leave class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
