Stretch Therapy

What Is Stretch Therapy?

Stretch Therapy is the safest, most efficient method for anyone to improve their flexibility, and gain grace and ease in the body. The technique is practiced by thousands of people worldwide, and is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.

The Stretch Therapy system is comprised of four elements: stretching, repatterning, strengthening and relaxation. Together, these elements enable anyone to improve mobility, and perform ordinary and extraordinary tasks with greater ease and better performance, and for longer in life.

In our group classes we work to improve flexibility, strength and posture. Lesson plans are focused on the muscles that generally tend to carry the most tension, and we take requests when we get them! This class is appropriate and safe for anyone, as well as social and fun. Our clients are seeing and feeling results!
