What Is Stretch Therapy?

Stretch Therapy is the safest, most efficient method for anyone to improve their flexibility, reduce pain, and gain grace and ease in the body. Based on work by Kit Laughlin, the technique is practiced by thousands of people worldwide, and is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.

The studio hosts Sunday Stretch Classes on select weekends, usually bi-monthly, our goal being to improve flexibility, strength and posture. Lesson plans are focused on the muscles that generally tend to carry the most tension, and we take requests when we get them! This class is appropriate and safe for anyone, as well as social and fun. Our clients are seeing and feeling results!
