The teachers are very well trained in the true Pilates method, and class size is limited to a maximum of four people, so you really get a lot of one on one attention. I’m very happy I’ve found this studio. A neighborhood gem to be sure!

The studio follows a classic Pilates training, teaching with extreme precision. One small adjustment and you discover muscles you never knew you had.

I've taken Pilates for several years. This is one of the best studios I have been to. All of the teachers are excellent and well trained in classical Pilates.
I'm a super-active old guy (55) and finally realized I better start doing some stretching… signed up my wife and I for stretch classes about a year ago. Swimming, biking, running, ice climbing and surfing have all improved with added mobility. Probably one of the best additions to my regular workout regimen!
The studio is adorable, so inviting and enjoyable to be in (not like any gym).
